Our goal is to make your project look its best, meet your budget needs, and be delivered on time. Sometimes that requires a little technical assistance from us up front to make sure your file will work for commercial printing. Send us your file and we will review it for free! We check your file against our extensive pre-print verification list to assess how each will affect the quality of your print job including:

• Resolution of images
• Color mode conversions (RGB to CMYK)
• Format set up
• Bleeds
• Panel Sizes
• and much more!

Once we’ve received your file, we will call or email you within one business day. We will offer you suggestions for preparing your digital files to insure you get the best printing quality possible.

• Extremely large files may take an extended amount of time. Check the progress of your upload in the corner of your browser page.
• Once your files have been submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation text on your screen. A notification will also be sent to your email address within minutes.
• We accept PDF, ZIPPED files, & Word Docs from our website. It is important that you “Zip” your file(s) for a speedier delivery.
• If you are sending working files or other formats please package all fonts and graphics used, in a Zipped file.

Note: We do not check your files for typos, wrong phone numbers, etc, so be sure to self-check your file before sending it.
